Silverstream W.l.—At , the August meeting, Mrs. Young presided over a splendid attendance of members, who thoroughly enjoyed the varied programme provided. Miss Harper, of Wainni-o-mata, gave a splendid demonstration of the art of. glove-making,; while Mrs. Deller-followed with a talk on the making of "Thrift Garments,": both being attended, with keen.' interest.
