SOLICITOR SUSPENDED
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) XKW PLYMOUTH, This Day. In the Supreme Court this morning* on the motion of the Law Society, Mr. Justice Blair made an order calling on George Grey, solicitor, of Xew Plymouth, to show cause why he should not be struck off the roll?. The matter was referred to the Court of Appeal, and in the meantime | the solicitor will be suspended from praci tice.
