DESTRUCTIVE TACTICS
"A Patriotic Citizen" writes criticising strongly the leadership of the Unemployed Workers'- Movement, which, he maintains, is so dominated by destructive aims that the greater number of workers ignore it. The new organisation, known as the People's Organisation, has a different aim and seeks to show how difficulties may be overcome by cooperation and harmony. He liQpcs that this movement will be supported so that constructive building wfll be substituted for destructive Communistic action.
