KILBIRNIE KINEMA.
Dorothy Mackaill has tho leading role in "Onco a Sinner," a frank and tragic drama of modern marriage, which will be screened at the Kilbirnie Kinema to-night.
EMPIRE THEATRE, ISLAND BAY. "Madame Satan" heads the programme at the Empire Theatre. Directed by Cecil B. de Mille, this new comedy touches upon every conceivable phase of entertainment. It treats of domestic discord; it has humorous and clever scenes; and it takes one to a gorgeous masked ball aboard a Zeppelin. The climax as the airship tears loose from its mooring mast, and the guests jump for safety In parachutes, provide ample thrills. The cast Is a large one, and includes Reginald Denny, Kay Johnson, Roland Young, and Lillian Roth. A special sound cartoon and a Metrotone Newsreel will also be shown. On Monday and Tuesday "Tons of Money" will be screened.
