GRAVE CHARGES

The deadlock between the Government and the All-India Congress is now regarded as complete following the publication by Mr. Gandhi of a lengthy statement containing grave charges against the Government of a breach of the Delhi: Agreement, including the maltreatment of villagers by landlords during rent collection.
Government officials' are alleged to have been guilty of connivance.
