MANUFACTURES' FEDERATION.

The executive committee of the Trentliani Scholarship Fund invites applications from all children eligible to receiva Trentham Scholarships. An advertisement in this issue sets out the conditions governing applications. To-morrow, at 1.45 p.m., Messrs. H. Ernest Leigliton, Ltd., will sell by public auction on the ground at Wob'urn road (nest Recreation Ground), Lower Hutt, the contents of a five-roomed house, and several outside entries. Details are advertised.
