RUGBY, Ist August A feature of the holiday traffic fotf Bank Holiday this week-end is the boom in travol to Scotland. Seven expresses ' are expected to leave the Euston and London termini of the London, Midland, and Scottish Line for the North to-day. Over the week-end 3600 sleeping berth! have been reserved; and 100 motor-can booked for transport. All railways report an increase ia the.use of cheap rates for the carriage' of motors by people starting on road tours who desire to get into the country as quickly as possible. , Despite uncertain weather forecasts, ' the usual holiday resorts round, London are preparing for record- crowds. Special provisions have been made by the authorities at the open-air zoological gardens at Whipsnade to obviat* the conditions of confusion and th« severe traffic blocks which occurred at Easter. .The roads will carry an exceptionally heavy load. Motoring organisations . have issued warnings arii suggestions to drivers for the prevention' of acci« dents. The Automobile Association has pr*» - pared "routes" for its members, repre* senting 1,800,000 miles and—-a new de« parture—cbvering 20,000-miles for holi» day flights. ' -
