Tho Postal authorities have received, cable advice that mails which left Auckland on 30th June by the R.M.S. Niagara, via Vancouver, arrived in London on Ist August.
Although food prices in England- have decreased in the last three years,-.the price of coal is now from 5 to 10 per cent, higher than it was in 1927.
