Miss Zenocrate Henderson, winner of the annual Plunket Medal contest in oratory, is the third woman to win the medal, the first since 1917. Miss Henderson, who is only 19 years old, won the New Speaker's Prize at the university and was placed first speaker in the Teachers' Training College tournament debate last year.
