PRELIMINARY MEETING
'British Official Wireless.) (Received 20th July, 11 a.m.) EUGBY, lOth July. To-morrow morning the British Cabinet will hold a special meeting to examine the situation prior to the assembly, and the opening sitting of the conference to-morrow night; This will probably be held in the Prime Minister's room of the House of Commons. Mr. Mac Donald will preside. The British representatives will include the Foreign Secretary, Sir. Henderson, and the Chancellor of tho Exchequer, Mr. Snowden/
