INTEREST RATES
There has been no further development in connection ! with tho negotiations that have been, proceeding for a volun tary reduction in interest rates, accord ing to a statement made to-day by the Prime Minister (the Bight Hon. G. W. Forbes). Mr.' Forbes, in reply to an inquiry .regarding the Niemeycr report, said it was now intended to place that, document before tho House when the Budget came down.
