PROPAGANDA REPORTED
OTTAWA, 6th July.
Findings showing the existence of <fc motion picture combine in Canada at af contained in. a report under the Pefcot; White Combines Investigation. Act, which the Commissioner submitted to the Minister of Labour on Monday.
It is stated that 95 per cent. oiihei distribution of films is controlled by) a combine which carried on propaganda; adverse to British films. Prosecutions may bo launched by; tlicj Provincial authorities.
