GISBORNE, 28th June.
The hearing of the claim of the Wairoa Meat Works Company for £77,850 against the New Zealand and Eagle, Star Insurance Companies, in respect to the loss of the works by fire a. .few days after the big earthquake in Hawkes Bay, concluded in the Supreme Court on Saturday, when the addresses of counsel, Mr. A. Gray, K.C., for the insurance companies, and Mr. L. T. Burnard for the plaintiffs, was heard. His Honour Mr. Justice Blair reserved his decision. . .' ,
