"Noither Encyclicals, speeches, telegrams, or bombs will cause me to deflect from the course I have set before mo," Signor Mussolini is reported as saying in a secret speech before thirtythree delegates of a Press convention. He warned journalists that the Press should maintain an attitude of irreconcilability to all the foes of .Fascism, which must be intransigent.
