Kent v. Warwickshire, at Folkestone —Kent, first innings 134, Foster taking seven wickets for 68; second innings 144 (Woolloy not out 103), Mayer taking seven for 61. . Warwickshire, first innings 201, Freeman taking five for 59 j second innings, two for 78. Warwick won by eight wickets.

Sussex v. Essex, at Cbelmsford.— Sussex, first innings six wickets- for 448 declared (Duleepsinhji 140, H. Parks not out 200) ; second iiming3, no wickets for 28. Essex, first innings, 211; second innings (followed on), 262 (Cutmore 10C). Sussex won by ten wickets.

Yorkshiro v. Hampshire, at Portsmouth.—Yorkshire, first innings, eight wickets for 387 declared (Sntcliffe 107, Mitchell not out 119). Hampshire, first innings 136, Bowes taking five for 64; second innings (followed on) 180, Bowes taking five for 68. Yorkshire won by an innings and 71 runs. Somerset v.
