SCOTS COLLEGE CONCERT.
Novel entertainment In song and dialogue will be provided by boys of Scots College in tWj'i 'Concert Chamber to-night. Mr. John Bishop is musical director. The primary department are picturing an English country fair of last century. The- other boys of the lower school will bo seen In/a carol scone adapted from: Thomas Hardy's; "Under • the Greenwood Tree." The senior boys will appear in two scenes of animation and colour. In the first will be heard Jacobite songs .of stirring action and' patriotism. The final scene is one of -Brasilia life in a Siberian village. Russian folk-songs, many of them well known, but all charming, will be: blended in a romantic setting. The boys will also be heard in a number of songs. It is. considered that the costume and lighting effects will surpass^even last year's standard, high as it was for a school concert. Seats may now be reserved at the Bristol. ■ Entrance is. by Mercer street only. "■■''.
