Investors who have been delaying sending in their applications for Christchurch Drainage- Board debentures should forward same to the Board immediately, as only a few now remain for disposal. Interest is,'payable at the rate of £5 10s .per cent, per annum free of exchange at any branch of the Bank of New Zealand, and exchange will be paid'by the Board on all accepted application money. The date of maturity- is 30th June,' 1946. ■ The investment is classed, as a trustee one, the principal and interest being secured by a special rate of l& in the A on the capital value of an area valued at £20,164,060. Application money will be received at tho office of the Board, 198, Hereford street, Christchurch, in cash, bank draft,' or marked cheque.
