The- secretary of the Stock Exchange Association of. New Zealand has-been advised that His Majesty's-Arcade and Theatre Co., Ltd./ Auckland, -wfll,- on Ist July, pny an interim dividend of 3% rmr cent, on preference shares and 5 .per cent, on ordinary shares. .:•■': ■
