It is expected that the German crisis will be satisfactorily solved. Dr. Brueniug adheres to his decision not to allow tho Reichstag to interfere_ at a critical juncture in world affairs. Ho also refuses to reconstruct hi 3 Cabinet. Nevertheless, he is willing to discuss tho possibility of removing somo of the hardships of tho_ emergency decree,, as long as tho finaricinl result is unimpaired. He is conferring with party lenders to that end.
