Police and summons cases in the Magistrate's Court yesterday were-dealt with by Mr. E. Page, S.M. One first offending inebriate, who did not appear, was fined 10s, the amount of his bail. Herbert Clifford Love, aged 19, was admitted to probation for a period of two years on a charge of receiving a bicycle valued at £10, knowing it to have been dishonestly obtained.
