DEBENTURES EXTENDED.
i Debenture holders in New Strand, Ltd., Hamilton, now Hamilton TheatreSj Ltd., have agreed to extend £18,000 of debentures maturing Ist October, 1931, to Ist October, 193 i, subject to payment of interest at the rate and in the manner mentioned in the debentures, and subject also to the company paying to the trustee for the debenture holders the sum of £500 on Ist April,' 1932, and a further sum of £500 on Ist October, 1932, and thereafter a sum of £1000 at the end of every six months during the remainder of the term of the debentures and £1000 on Ist July, 1934. It was also provided that those sums, be invested by the trustee for the debenture holders as a sinking fund in securities approved by the law of, New Zealand for the investment of trust funds.
