Cases at the Magistrate's Court were dealt with to-day by Mr. K. Page. S.M. Charles King, who is awaiting sentence at the Supremo Court on a charge of theft, was further remanded until ISth June oil three charges involving assault, wilful daiiiage, and theft at Auckland on 11th November. 1929. . .': A remand until lflth June was granted in the ease of Hollis William Joseph Rose, fa; labourer, aged 20, who was.charged -with" ftealing household utensils valued at 255; from a bach at l'liinmerton. . .' ;;
