You mislit use ono of tho prepared lawn sands which can be obtained, from any plant dealer, or if you preferred you could make your own, as follows:—Mix >,i\b of sulphate of iron and l'.Mb-s.fllpliate of ammnnla with 1011) to lillb of sand. Tho chemicals must bo finely powdered. ■ Spread evenly ovur the linvn, from 2oz tv ioz per stiua're yard.
