NO TIME FOR A SPELL
"I think wo must bo tho busiest Court in the conntry, or any other country," remarked Mr. Justice Frazer iv the Arbitration Court to-day, when application was made for the Court to fix a date for a compensation cage. "We never seem to be able to get two minutes to ourselves." His Honour said that the Court had been hoping to have a brief spell on its Teturn £rom the West Coast and" before going to Christchurch, but a stewards' dispute, had just been set down which would commence the day after the Court came back to Wellington.
