' , GENEVA, 18th May. It is understbo'd in high quarters that Germtny and Russia are indefinitely renewing their, treaty which expires on 20th June, under which both ,aro pledged to neutrality in the- event of a third Power or group attacking either; also .under which both agree not to resort to a commercial boycott.
