NO TRACE OF ASSAILANTS

CALCUTTA, 18th May.

The body of Colonel Morshead has been found. Ho had been shot dead. There ,is no traco of his assailants, lie was a popular survoy officer, and leaves a widow and five children in. England. Colonel Morshead was of an adventurous type and hard-working. He was 27 years in India, except for war service in France, where ho won the D.S.O. He was a great explorer, and a member of the Mount .Everest Expedition in 1921.
