The State Treasury, which hod a £4,000,000 deficit lately, ends tho fiscal year with a handsome surplus, composed of windfalls and inheritance tuxes from Ella Wen del, Mrs. Wliilclaw Ecid, and George Baker. The hitter's estate will pay 16 per cent. on. about £16,000,000.
