There was a landslide ia the suburban Mayoral contests,, the sitting ,Mayors : being defeated in most cases. The now Mayors arc as follow:\Dovpnport, H. F. Mcikle; Northcote, E. Martin; Mount Albert, W. F.. Stillwell; Takapuiia, J. Guiniven; Mount Eden, T. M'Nab Onehunga, E. Morton. :
