BERLIN, 2nd May. Erie Tet'zner, the murderer, was guillotined at Kegensburg. Tetzner was sentenced to death for the murder of an unknown man, whose charred body was found in Tetzner's burnt car by the roadside. • Despite the temporary abeyance of (■.the death penalty, the authorities refused to reprieve.
