(Received 30th April, 2 p.m.) BABCELONA, 29th April. ' Senor Campalana, Minister of Education of the new Catalonian State, informed the "Daily Telegraph's" cor-i respondent that Catalonia did not desire to be a distinct separate country from Spain, but merely one State with-
in n Federal Republic. The Northern Provinces of Spain were certain to follow her lead.
