MORE USE OF PRESENT BUILDINGS

Mr. A. A. 'WhitelaTr, a. Ratepayers' Association candidate for .the Hospital. Board, advocated the utilisation, of space in, the administrative portion of the 'Hospital buildings, citing the library, for instance,- which is. at present housing a small number of books and has space enough for at least ten beds. He said he ■understood that there wore ~'at'■•least .70 persons! on the list awaiting, admission..
