SHARE IN FIRST PRIZE
(Received 28th April, 2.30 p.m.) DUBLIN, 27th April. The Court has granted Arthur Bendir and Co., commission agents, application to be paid £206,043 of the prizemoney in the Irish Sweep, the respondents, Scala Epicella and Constantino,: agreeing. Bendir's claimed three-quarters of the prize-money, over £300,000, on assignment from Scale.
