(Received 10th April, 11 a.m.) MELBOURNE, This Day. I The Assistant-Minister of Industry stated that the Federal Ministry intended to prosecute tho Melbourne shipowners who, he said, had acted contrary to tho regulation, under the Transport Workers Act, wltich provided for prefcrenco of employment on the wharves to unionists.
