Britain lias invited Dr. Bruening, the Chancellor, and Dr. Curtius, Foreign Minister, lo Chequers to discuss wilh Messrs. Mac Donald and Henderson outstanding questions, including the Austro-German Customs Pact. It is understood that the meeting will be held early in May as the proposal was broached before the Auslro-German Pact was announced. It is assumed that the discussions will include disarmament and repara* tions.
