AIR MAIL TO AUSTRALIA
(British Official Wireless.) ' EUGBY, .4th April.
The first official. England-Australian experimental air mail left Croydon on the morning of 4th April in a threeojigiiiod Annstrong-Siddeley machine, which also carried the regular weekly :iir mails for India and Central Africa. Tho Australian section of mail, due Sydney 22nd April, comprised 15,000 out of a total of 50,000 letters.
