LATHAM'S OPINION
SENATE WILL REJECT IT
(Received 7th April, 11 a.m.) MELBOURNE, This DayOommonting on Mr. Scullin's remarks, the Leader of tho Opposition, Mr. Latham, said: "I have uo doubt that the Sena-to will rejoct the Fiduciary Bill."
The Prime Minister, in a speech at tho Victorian Labour Conference, declared that the Ministry would appeal to the people if the Fiduciary Bill was rejected by tho Senate. _ The announcement was received ma applause.
