TRAMWAY BOARD'S APPEAL

By an originating summons the Christchurch Tramway Board raised the question in the CourJ; of Appeal recently whetljer in respect of any of its servants or workmen it was subject to the provisions of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1925.
