CONCLUSIONS AS TO CAUSES
(British Official Wireless.) (Received Ist April, 11 a.m.) RUGBY, 31st March. TJic report is published of the Court of Inquiry into the loss of Ihe RIOJ, llic world's biggest airship, which on sth October last year crashed near Beauvais, France, when all but eight of 54 peo* pie on board perished instantly in /lames. The report which is unanimous, is a most exhaustive document. It offers no opinion on the future of airships, recognising that it if for others to determine whether the experiment should be further pursued, and it is devoted entirely to the course and cause of th« specific event. For this purpose important features in the construction and subsequent modifications and reconstruction and its former flights are carefully examined.
