, Found slooping in a doorway in Newtown by Constable Gillum early yesterday morning, a taxi-driver, Percy John Heat, aged 26, became abusive, when tie constable woke him up. , His conduct led to hia appearance before Mr. E. Page, S.M., charged ■with- using obscene language and with resisting the constable-while- in the execution of his duty. ■ . Through his counsel, Mr. P.
