SOLICITOR CHARGED
ALLEGATION OF THEFT
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) TE KUITI, This Day. Athol Fielding Howarth, formerly a solicitor practising in Te Kuitri, was charged this morning with stealing on or about 13tb August,, 1927, at Te Kuiti, tho sum of £200, the property of Thomas Smith! A remand to 14th March was granted, and bail was allowed at' £200.
