BUILDINGS IN AREA
WITHOUT ARCHITECTS' ADVICE Speaking at the annual meeting ofthe. New Zealand Institute of Architects to-day, Mr. W. M. Page saia that with regard to tho buildings in the earthquake area perhaps not more than 10 per cent, of them had been built with the services and advice of architects. The other 90 per cent, had been constructed without such services.
