AIR PAGEANT
HAWKES BAY'S INTENTIONS
(By Telegraph.) (Special to "The Evening Post.") MASTERTON, This Day. A further instance of the determination of Hawkes Bay people to carry on is provided by the advice received by the secretary of the Wairarapa Aero Club from the Hawkes Bay Aero Club, to the effect that it was intended to, hold the North Island Air Pageant, as previously arranged, at Masterton on 14th March. It had been decided before the earthquake to hold the pageant, which had been allotted to Hawkes Bay, at Masterton, the clubs coming to a mutual arrangement whereby Hawkes Bay were to receive three-fourths and the Wairarapa Club onefourth of the proceeds. It is anticipated that the next group of pupils of the Wairarapa Club now receiving tuition will be able to take their A pilot's license test prior to that, date, and thus be enabled to participate, in the competitions.
