The Council of the League of N&* tions has decided t-o send a Comnvissioii to Liberia to superintend the carrying outjOf the Convention against, forced.' Labour. The Commission will consist of representatives of Great Britain, France, Germany, Spain, Venezuela, Poland, and Liberia. The United States is to be invited to co-operate t* what extent it feels desirable.
