In the Sheffield Shield cricket match against Victoria, which was minus Woodfull and Ponsfqrd, New South Wales, in the first innings, made 196, Fairfax 46, Bradman 33, and Wendelbil! 30. Bowling: | Blackie took four wickets for 45 runs, Alexander three for 43, and a'Beckett two for 41. Victoria, in the first innings, made 23 without the loss of a -wicket. The bowlers were complete masters of the situation.
