A message from Erie, Pennsylvania, states that a jury to-day awarded Colonel Zaek Miller, owner of "A Hun-dred-and-one B.iuch Shows," 90,000 dollars in his 325,000 dollars suit against Tom Mix, the film cowboy, for breach of contract.
