Injuries to tho left hip, a fractured forearm, and concussion wore suffered by T. Scarlett, a crano driver, living at 4(i, ftollestou street, when he fell from ft height of about 2(1 feet in a shod on the Pipitea Wharf on Friday afternoon. He was taken to the Hospital by the City Ambulance.
