A steady, persistent drizzle spoilt the last day of the Wellington summer races at Trentham. Baincoiits and goloshes were the order of: tho day. Tho attendance was not as good as usual. Among those present were: Mrs. l«n Duncan (who wore a black ensemble and a black hat), Mrs. Vivian Kiddiford (black and' fawn ensemble, fawn hat, fox furs), Mrs. Edward Biddiford (black coat and skirt, black hat), Mis.
