FURTHER ADJOURNED
An adjourned meeting of creditors iv the bankrupt estate of John Kelly and Arnold Lecky, motor mechanics,.of Wellington, was again adjourned until 4th February to-day by the Official Assignee (Mr. S. Tansley) to allow Lecky to produce books and a proper statement of . receipts and expenditure. Kelly furnished the capital for their venture, and Lecky ran the business. Kelly's statement was received at a prior meeting.:. Lecky produced a statement compiled unaided by himself today, but the Official Assignee said it was useless for tlio purposes of the meeting-, as the books and receipts were missing, and the statement required rearrangement to show the position properly. _^___
