"CHRISTMAS IN FRANCE"
Nearly two years ago I went to Franco for the Christmas holidays. Instead of the usual Christmas stocking our shoes were placed outside the door and Father Christmas filled them with presents. Thero was a pavty in the afternoon. ' The room was beautiful with balloons and a Christmas tree, "which was laden with i-'esents for all. The crackers especially were pretty, with coloured flowers on. The cake had little gnomes and Father Christmas on it. As we were all English children we played English games. "FAIRY TBALEE" (S).
