BRITAIN'S LOSSES
WAR DEBT PAYMENTS
(Received 16th December, 1 p.m.) LONDON, 15th December. Mr. Pethick Lawrence, Financial Secretary to the Treasury, told the House of Commons that the sum paid to the United States on war debt account to date exceeded Britain's receipts in respect of Allied war debts and reparations by £.150,000,000.
